You’ll get exposure to commercial performance, reporting, forecasting and business decision-making while developing your Excel, analytical and finance skills alongside an experienced team.
What you’ll be doing
As Finance Analyst – NWE, you’ll support our Commercial Finance team with reporting, analysis and day-to-day finance activities across the region.
You’ll
- Prepare weekly
Net Sales reporting and support in-month sales tracking across the UK and Ireland.
- Prepare
Customer P&Ls and support Monthly Business Reviews.
- Produce sell‑in vs sell‑out reporting and support customer and promotional analysis.
- Support
Gross‑to‑Net reporting, month‑end accruals, budgets and forecasts .
- Maintain marketing, OPEX and customer reporting trackers.
- Support
New Product Development (NPD) reporting against budgets and forecasts.
- Build and improve standardised
Excel reporting tools, models and templates across North West Europe.
- Help ensure reporting is accurate, consistent and easy to use across different markets.
- Work with commercial and finance colleagues on ad‑hoc analysis and data requests.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate repetitive processes using Excel, Power BI and other tools.
We’re looking for someone who is analytical, curious and keen to build a career in commercial finance.
You’ll ideally have
- A degree or equivalent experience in
Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or another numerate discipline .
- Strong
Excel skills , including formulas, lookups and pivot tables.
- Good numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach and willingness to learn.
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Confidence working collaboratively and building relationships with stakeholders.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- An interest in developing your knowledge of
- Power BI, TPM and other finance systems
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience through an internship, placement year or junior finance/data role is an advantage, but it isn’t essential.
