What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as the shopper champion, turning shopper and consumer insights into actionable activation strategies that drive conversion across channels
  • Own the omni‑channel point‑of‑purchase experience, ensuring best‑in‑class execution online and offline
  • Lead POP excellence, delivering disruptive, insight‑led activations that bring brand strategy to life
  • Embed portfolio and full‑funnel thinking at POP, prioritising hero SKUs and seasonal opportunities
  • Deliver flawless go‑to‑market execution for innovation launches in close partnership with Brand teams
  • Contribute to annual planning, shaping activation strategies aligned to customer, channel and commercial priorities
  • Translate brand strategies into customer‑specific shopper marketing plans
  • Drive ecommerce and digital shelf performance, improving content, visibility and conversion
  • Own retail media planning and optimisation, including onsite search (e.g. Criteo, CitrusAd)
  • Lead HCP activation across pharmacy, including PoS, trade advertising and training materials
  • Develop and manage comprehensive shopper activation toolkits in collaboration with content and creative teams
  • Partner with agencies to deliver high‑quality, effective activation campaigns
  • Manage activation budgets and KPIs, continuously optimising performance and ROI

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in shopper, activation or customer marketing, ideally within FMCG or consumer goods
  • Proven track record of delivering insight‑led, high‑impact activations
  • Experience working with data and insight tools such as Nielsen, Kantar, Dunnhumby, Nectar or Stackline
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce, including digital shelf optimisation and retail media
  • Experience in healthcare and/or HCP activation is a plus
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, agile environment with a high degree of autonomy
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence across multiple stakeholders
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills
  • Fluent in English
