We are seeking a detail driven and organised Compliance Coordinator to join the Karntek team in Stafford. The company is going through an exciting period of growth and is looking to build the compliance team to support the continued growth. This role helps maintain company ISO accreditations, BAFE 3rd Party Audits and other compliance accreditations such as Constructionline and SafeContractor. In addition, there are internal audits and administration tasks to maintain business compliance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update compliance documentation in line with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO14001)
- Support the management and coordination of third‑party accreditations (e.g. BAFE, SafeContractor, Constructionline)
- Monitor and track compliance deadlines, audits, and renewals
- Assist in preparing for internal and external audits, including document collation and evidence gathering
- Ensure policies, procedures, and records are accurate, current, and controlled
- Work with internal teams to ensure compliance requirements are understood and followed
- Log, track, and report on non‑conformances and support corrective actions
- Maintain training and competency records across the business
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within compliance systems
- Provide general administrative support to the compliance and operations teams
Key Skills

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of third‑party accreditation schemes

Qualifications
- NEBOSH General certificate (advantageous but not essential)
- Relevant administrative or compliance‑related qualifications
