We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Website and User Experience Executive to lead the development of our digital presence. This role will be at the forefront of refining and improving our digital touchpoints to create exceptional user experiences; ensuring that our websites are not only visually appealing but also functional, accessible, and aligned with user needs. This role will also include email marketing; creating proactive digital email marketing campaigns and managing our automated/transactional email journeys. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in website and email management, analytics, and user-centered design principles.
How You Will Contribute
- Website Management
- Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our brand websites to ensure a high-performing, user-friendly experience.
- Collaborate with internal digital, external web agency and senior SEO collaborating with marketing channels.
- Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve any technical issues, broken links, or design flaws.
- Develop A/B testing strategies and conduct experiments to optimise website elements (e.g., page layouts, calls to action, etc.).
- User Experience
- By meticulously analysing user behaviour and collaborating with internal teams, you will contribute to data-driven decision-making to shape the customer journey and a best-in-class experience.
- Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and usability testing, to gather insights and feedback for informed improvements.
- Regular reporting on user behaviour with insights from SEMrush and Hotjar.
