About This Opportunity
The Group Insights Analyst role is a newly created position within Karndean's Group Product Team and offers a unique opportunity to shape how customer, consumer, and market understanding directly influences product, marketing, and commercial strategy worldwide. You will be responsible for leading consumer and market research alongside broader customer and market insight activity, transforming complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive business decisions. Your work will ensure that our product offering, market positioning, and service proposition consistently reflect the evolving needs of customers and end-users.
This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with product design and development, marketing, and wider commercial teams. You will act as a key connector between research, insight, and action, translating findings into compelling narratives that influence strategic decisions and unlock growth opportunities. We are looking for someone confident in independently leading consumer and market research programmes, comfortable working across multiple markets, and skilled at turning insight into impact. You will be naturally curious, analytically strong, and experienced in blending qualitative and quantitative research to tell a complete customer story.
How You Will Contribute
- Insights management
- Lead and manage external agency relationships, third-party category reports and in-house research to inform strategic decision making and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Own and evolve our in-house homeowner research panel (the Karndean Inner Circle), expanding it into Global regions beyond the UK.
- Coordinate customer research including surveys, interviews, ethnographic research and focus groups.
- Experience with QuMind or online communities is preferred but not essential.
