About the agency & the team
Karman Digital is a UK-based HubSpot consultancy that helps businesses get the most out of their digital operations. We specialise in web development, implementation, API integrations, and RevOps, making sure our clients maximise the potential of HubSpot. As a top 20 Diamond Partner in the EMEA, we’ve delivered award-winning results for clients using the platform, helping them achieve transformative outcomes and see HubSpot in a whole new light.
Is this a role for you?
We are looking for an intellectually curious "thinker-doer" who uses sharp user insight to bridge the gap between complex client requirements and successful digital delivery. As the primary engine behind our web projects, you will thrive on ownership and use strategic clarity to drive projects forward with energy. You will be granted the autonomy and trust to deliver success, ensuring every solution is grounded in user evidence and commercial logic. While you aren’t required to be the lead visual artist, you will lead the UX and help guide the design direction, leveraging AI tools and creatives to bring smart, functional, and high-quality interfaces to life.
As a Digital Delivery Lead, you’ll:
- Own project delivery — keeping web projects moving, running scrums, and making sure outputs meet expectations, and being the key link between clients and our internal team.
- Embed user insight — using discovery workshops, story mapping, and analytics to ground decisions in evidence, not assumptions.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Care about people and outcomes, showing empathy for both client needs and team dynamics.
- Take ownership of outcomes (not just tasks) and deliver clear value to clients.
- Are naturally curious, asking “why” and testing new approaches to keep learning.
- Enjoy collaboration, working openly with colleagues and clients to get the best results.
- Value practical solutions over endless theory, you get things done.
- Want trust and autonomy, with the determination to deliver results.
At Karman, AI isn’t just a productivity tool — it’s a way to improve outcomes. You’ll use AI in discovery, analysis, reporting, and delivery. We’re looking for someone who’s confident experimenting with AI, finding smarter ways of working, and embedding it into every stage of delivery and insight.
Future development: This role offers the opportunity to grow into broader digital strategy.
Responsibilities
- Project Guidance & Alignment
- Act as the Client’s Voice: Ensure goals and visions are represented with empathy throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate Sprints: Run scrums and planning sessions to keep progress visible and the team aligned.
- Maintain Clarity: Keep ClickUp and project information current so everyone understands the "why" behind the daily work.
- Support Momentum: Proactively identify and resolve small blockers to keep the project moving smoothly.
- Discovery Workshops: Lead collaborative sessions and story mapping to foster a shared understanding of project requirements.
- Evidence-Based Decisions: Use data and user flows to guide design choices with evidence rather than assumptions.
- Visualise the Path: Turn research into simple briefs and wireframes that provide clear direction for the final output.
- Support Learning: Help refine direction through iterative feedback loops and user behavior analysis.
- Define the Direction: Help shape the visual path and creative flow for websites and digital journeys.
- Collaborative Design: Work openly and share thinking early to support the team and keep the quality bar high.
- Quality Guidance: Act as a gentle quality filter, ensuring deliverables feel right for the client’s goals before they are presented.
- Design Awareness: Design UX with a practical understanding of HubSpot and component-based structures.
- Build Trust: Develop strong client relationships rooted in transparency, clarity, and empathy.
- Guide Choices: Help clients navigate uncertainty by presenting clear options and helpful trade-offs.
- AI as a Thinking Partner: Use AI as a curiosity tool to surface new ideas and challenge existing assumptions.
- Quality over Speed: Lean on AI to reduce noise, allowing more space for human judgment and creative craft.
