Karman Digital is a UK-based HubSpot consultancy that helps businesses get the most out of their digital operations. We specialise in web development, implementation, API integrations, and RevOps, making sure our clients maximise the potential of HubSpot. As a top 20 Diamond Partner in the EMEA, we’ve delivered award-winning results for clients using the platform, helping them achieve transformative outcomes and see HubSpot in a whole new light.
The Digital Engagement Team at Karman Digital helps B2B clients grow their businesses by creating and delivering smart digital strategies that actually work. With skills across UX/UI, CRO, analytics, design, and content, the team uses HubSpot to build campaigns and solutions that connect with audiences and achieve real business results. We work in an agile way, which means we stay flexible, keep improving, and collaborate closely with our clients at every stage. The focus is on delivering strategies that make a tangible impact—helping businesses work more efficiently, engage their customers better, and hit their goals.
As a UX Strategist, you’ll play a dual role:
- Owning project delivery - keeping web projects moving, running scrums, and making sure outputs meet expectations, and being the key link between clients and our internal team.
- Embedding user insight - using discovery workshops, story mapping, and analytics to ground decisions in evidence, not assumptions.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Care about people and outcomes, showing empathy for both client needs and team dynamics.
- Take ownership of outcomes (not just tasks) and deliver clear value to clients.
- Are naturally curious, asking “why” and testing new approaches to keep learning.
- Enjoy collaboration, working openly with colleagues and clients to get the best results.
- Value practical solutions over endless theory - you get things done.
- Want trust and autonomy, with the determination to deliver results.
We’re looking for someone with a can-do attitude - someone who takes initiative, runs with projects, and thrives on ownership. You’ll be given autonomy and trust, but with that comes the responsibility and determination to deliver success. If you’re motivated by making things happen, bringing clarity, and driving projects forward with energy and resilience, this could be the perfect role for you.
At Karman, AI isn’t just a productivity tool - it’s a way to improve outcomes. You’ll use AI in discovery, analysis, reporting, and delivery. We’re looking for someone who’s confident experimenting with AI, finding smarter ways of working, and embedding it into every stage of delivery and insight.
Note: You don’t need to be an expert in everything listed here. We’re looking for someone confident in project delivery who is comfortable applying UX insights where needed, with curiosity and accountability to grow into the rest.
This role offers the opportunity to grow into broader digital strategy, client leadership, or senior delivery responsibilities as the team evolves.
