Karmacist is a totally new and distinct range of supplements, founded by an award-winning broadcaster who collaborated with Ivy League scientists through his BBC wellness podcast. We’ve dipped a toe in the market and now need someone brilliant to drive and own the Ecommerce/growth potential this distinct, beautiful, science‑led brand has.
Karmacist is part of Founders Factory, London’s leading VC incubator, and has created a range of supplements formulated by Harvard and Stanford scientists, harnessing a breakthrough branch of science. The world’s first nutrigenomics supplement, all UK made, powered by plants, with 100% recyclable packaging. Just launched but already featured in Vogue, The Times, and Forbes, with plenty more media and content creation to come. Karmacist also has its own podcast featuring prominent figures from the UK and US.
A real opening for a smart, motivated Ecommerce (or perhaps identified as Growth) manager to take our newly‑launched, utterly unique wellbeing brand - Karmacist - to the next level and beyond, becoming a vital and incentivised part of the team. Responsibilities include:
- Driving sales, growth, and our whole digital strategy.
- Devising and executing marketing across all channels - search, paid social, display, affiliate marketing, and email.
- Optimising user experiences and conversion funnels.
- Designing and implementing effective CRM and retention programmes across multiple touchpoints.
- Gathering and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions.
- Overseeing our website and social media presence for a site/feed that truly stands out.
- Harnessing the unique organic assets - media coverage, own content, influencers - we can deploy.

- Experienced at driving early‑stage business growth.
- Hands‑on experience with a range of tools and channels.
- Entrepreneurial, with an enthusiasm to build something.
- Interested in wellbeing, with an understanding of our target market.
- In tune with the brand and able to nurture it.
