We're building London's food infrastructure — and we want someone who genuinely loves this industry to grow with us. Karma Kitchen is hiring an in-house SDR based in Hackney, East London. We run 6 commercial kitchen sites across the city. Brands like Popeyes, McDonald's, and Honest Burger use our fully equipped, turn-key kitchens as their central production hubs — and we're growing fast.
We're looking for someone with 1–2 years of sales experience who’s fascinated by London’s food scene. Someone who gets excited about helping delivery brands scale their channels, and helping catering companies win bids and tenders with bespoke CPU solutions. This is a role where you’ll own the outbound process from day one — building the pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and developing the kind of market knowledge that sets you up to grow into a Sales Manager here at Karma Kitchen.
What you’ll do:
- Own and drive the full outbound pipeline for our London sites
- Qualify opportunities and book tours for our senior sales team to close
- Become the go-to expert on London’s delivery and catering landscape
- Help food brands find the right kitchen solution for their growth stage
What’s in it for you:
- £30k base + £10k OTE
- Clear path to Sales Manager — we promote from within
- Work with household names and exciting emerging brands
- Based in Hackney — at the heart of London’s food scene
- Ideally you’ve sold into food businesses before — but more than anything, we want someone with a real passion for the restaurant industry and commercial property to become an expert in it.
