Goal/ function of a Community Operations Manager Site Operations Management: Own the day-to-day operation of the site, ensuring it is safe, compliant, well-maintained, and operating efficiently. Partner & Community Management: Build strong relationships with partners, foster a positive site community, and proactively enhance the overall partner experience. Site Audits & Health & Safety Compliance : Conduct regular operational, compliance, and health & safety audits to maintain high standards and identify risks before they become issues. Project Delivery & Implementation: Support and execute operational projects, process improvements, and site initiatives to drive continuous improvement. Community Engagement & Experience: Create opportunities for partner engagement, encourage collaboration across the site, gather feedback, and identify initiatives that strengthen the community and partner satisfaction.
