Karma Kitchen is hiring a Community Operations Manager for our Wood Green & Hackney sites. You will own day-to-day site operations, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain high operational standards to support growing partner kitchens.
You will build strong partner relationships, manage onboarding/offboarding, run audits, and drive community engagement and continuous improvement. The role requires an organized, proactive, growth-minded professional who lives within 30 minutes of Wood Green.
