Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Composite Fitter for a full‑time, on‑site position based in Derby. Responsibilities include preparing, assembling, and finishing composite components to meet high‑quality standards. Duties cover mold preparation, material cutting and fitting, lamination, application of resins, trimming, and inspecting the finished pieces. The role requires consistent collaboration with production teams to ensure adherence to technical specifications and deadlines while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in composite layup techniques, lamination, and trimming
  • Experience with hand tools, power tools, and precision cutting
