Aufgabengebiet:
- Betreuung, Instandhaltung und Wartung gebäudetechnischer Anlagen
- Aufnahme und Bewertung gebäudetechnischer Schäden
- Festlegung, Durchführung und Veranlassung geeigneter Reparaturmaßnahmen
- Demontage-, Montage- und Installationsarbeiten
- Bearbeitung von Störungs- und Schadensmeldungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Landesbetrieb Vermögen und Bau
- Veranlassung und Durchführung technischer Prüfungen im Rahmen der Betreibverantwortung
- Dokumentation und Digitalisierung der Prozesse
- Überwachung und Erhebung von Verbrauchskennzahlen
- Kontrollgänge, abwechselnd am Wochenende und an Feiertagen, Rufbereitschaft
Einstellungsvoraussetzungen:
- Ausbildung zum Anlagenmechaniker Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik, Gas- und Wasserinstallateur, Heizungs- und Lüftungsbauer oder vergleichbar
- Berufserfahrung auf dem Gebiet der technischen Gebäudeversorgung wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse einschlägiger Regelwerke und technischer Vorgaben
- Einfallsreichtum, Improvisationsfähigkeit und Kommunikationsgeschick
- Fähigkeit zu selbstständiger, eigenverantwortlicher Arbeit
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen
- Sicheres Auftreten verbunden mit Kommunikationsstärke
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, MS Outlook, Excel, Word
