Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Gathering: Help people reduce the cost and hassle of running their homes by introducing them to UW's bundled services.
- Team Building: Recruit and mentor new Partners, helping them to build their own successful networks.
- Support and Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to new Partners during their initial appointments, fostering a supportive and collaborative culture.
- Training and Compliance: Complete the College of Excellence (COE) Online Training to ensure compliance with regulations and a thorough understanding of the role.
- Earnings and Bonuses: Earn upfront commissions, residual income, and various bonuses through customer gathering and team building.
- Progression Opportunities: Advance through different titles and statuses, such as Qualified Distributor (QD), Team Leader (TL), and up to National Network Leader (NNL), based on performance and network growth.
