To help support our future growth as an agency, we are looking for an experienced PR Account Manager to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract, supporting a portfolio of fashion, lifestyle and hospitality clients. This role will play a key part in the day-to-day management of accounts, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong media relationships and seamless campaign execution across all sectors. There is potential for extension beyond the initial contract period, subject to business needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Client & Account Management
- Manage the day-to-day running of fashion, lifestyle and hospitality accounts, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, building trusted and professional relationships
- Support senior team members on campaign planning, timelines, budgets and reporting
- Ensure all activity aligns with client objectives, brand positioning and agency standards
- Media & Communications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier fashion, lifestyle, culture and hospitality media
- Lead press outreach, pitching and follow-ups across print, online and social platforms
- Oversee coverage monitoring, analysis and reporting
- Draft and manage press materials including press releases, briefings, product notes and menus/openings information where relevant
- Campaigns, Events & Activations
- Support the planning and delivery of launches, press days, restaurant openings, events and brand activations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution
- Attend relevant industry events, openings and client appointments
- Support and guide junior team members where applicable
- Collaborate closely with wider teams, contributing ideas and creative thinking
- Maintain a proactive, solutions-focused and collaborative approach
- Proven experience in a PR / Communications role, ideally within a luxury fashion, lifestyle or hospitality agency
- Strong understanding of the fashion, lifestyle and hospitality media landscape
- Confident pitching skills with established press relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment
