Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Procurement Manager to join our us on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. This is a key role focused on establishing and embedding procurement policies, procedures, controls, and governance frameworks across the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Review the current procurement landscape, processes, and supplier arrangements.Design, implement, and document procurement policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Develop procurement tools, templates, and approval workflows.
- Establish clear procurement controls and delegation authorities.
- Create supplier onboarding, evaluation, and contract management processes.
- Support contract reviews and procurement activities where required.
- Ensure procurement practices align with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Identify cost‑saving and process improvement opportunities.
- Train and coach stakeholders on new procurement processes and best practices.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Produce clear documentation and recommendations to support long‑term procurement maturity.

- £60,000-£70,000 pro‑rata

- Monday- Friday
- 35 hours per week
- Hybrid- 3 days in Slough office
