Trainee Endoscopic Sales Specialist

To strengthen our team, KARL STORZ Endoscopy (UK) Ltd have a vacancy for a Trainee Endoscopic Sales Specialist – South Central. Reporting into the Regional Lead for the South West Region, this role will be based in and cover Salisbury, Southampton, Portsmouth, Basingstoke, Guildford, and Crawley.
As a Trainee, you will develop your sales skills and experience within medical devices through contribution to the sales function of the Team as directed. This will be through a variety of tasks and responsibilities which will evolve and develop in complexity as you move through your bespoke training programme with the aim of transitioning to the next stage of the sales training plan (Associate).
Duties and responsibilities will include:
• Commit to progression through the Training Objectives Point system (TOP’s)
• Develop the ability to contribute to the sales function of the Regional Team• Assist with regional logistics as required
• Once certified take responsibility for training customers on KSE equipment
• As training develops, taking responsibility for overseeing and supporting demonstrations of our products
Qualifications, skills and experience must include:
• Ideally educated to Degree level
• Sales experience
• Working knowledge of an operating theatre environment
• Well organised
• Flexible approach
• Results focused
• Full UK driving licence
