We are looking for a dedicated Seasonal Sales Associate to join our Regent Street store for the summer period. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, promoting the brand’s collections, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for all shoppers.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and qualify their needs.
- Recommend and close sales, using product knowledge to provide tailored solutions.
- Offer alternatives when merchandise is unavailable.
- Handle complaints professionally, escalating to the Store Manager when necessary.
- Maintain upselling and cross‑selling techniques to drive revenue.
- Provide information on collections, fabrics, and garment care.
- Use company tools such as mailing list cards and customer books to build loyalty.
- Give regular feedback to the Store Manager about best and slow sellers.
- Ensure aisles, stockroom, and walk‑throughs are safe and secure.
- Follow loss prevention procedures and take action to reduce shrink.
- Treat all associates and customers with respect and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years progressive retail experience in a luxury or contemporary brand.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high‑level customer service.
- Strong communication skills, honest and constructive.
