Role

Seasonal Sales Associate (29 June – 9 August). Provide excellent, friendly service, greet and qualify customers, recommend and close sales, support the Store Manager and other associates, and maintain a safe, inclusive environment.

Customer Satisfaction

  • Provide outstanding service to create positive experiences and customer loyalty.
  • Show genuine desire to help customers.
  • Establish and promote customer loyalty through mailing lists and customer books.
  • Offer extra information and go the extra mile to satisfy customers.
  • Provide alternatives when a product is not available.
  • Handle complaints professionally and refer them to a manager.

Product Knowledge

  • Hold outstanding knowledge of product quality, trends, fabrics and garment care.
  • Maximize product potential to create sales.

Drive Sales

  • Exhibit business knowledge that drives sales growth.
  • Provide feedback to Store Manager on sales trends.
  • Build and maintain a regular client base.
  • Be aware of best‑ and slow‑sellers to improve overall sales.

Maintain Safety, Security and Integrity

  • Follow all procedures to ensure safety and store security.
  • Keep aisles and stockroom safe.
  • Address unsafe behavior from colleagues.
  • Follow loss prevention and shrink reduction procedures.
  • Treat all associates and customers with respect.

Profile

  • Minimum 2 years progressive retail experience in luxury or contemporary brand.
  • Experience delivering high‑level customer service in a brand retailer.
  • Communicate honestly, openly, and constructively.
  • Contribute to an inclusive culture of diverse talent.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and innovation in a changing business environment.
  • Love working with international clients.

Key Requirement

  • Available to work evenings and weekends.
