Overview
Sales Associate (Part-Time) – Westfield White City at KARL LAGERFELD. This role is part-time (8h & 32h) and focuses on achieving sales and profit targets, reporting results to the Store Manager, improving service quality, and maintaining a store ambiance aligned with the corporate identity.
We are recruiting for a Part-time Sales Associate at our Westfield White City store. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a strong and ambitious business with realistic growth plans.

Key Accountabilities
- Customer satisfaction: provide outstanding service to create a positive customer experience and loyalty, while maintaining a happy working environment.
- Demonstrate a genuine desire to help customers and establish customer loyalty using company tools (mailing list cards, customer books).
- Provide information and go the extra mile to satisfy customers; offer alternatives when a product is not available.
- Handle complaints professionally by escalating to the Store Manager as needed.
- Product knowledge: maintain outstanding knowledge of products, trends, fabrics, care, styles, and maximize product potential to drive sales.
- Drive sales with a solid understanding of the business and growth opportunities; report selling feedback to the Store Manager.
- Build a regular client base and identify best and slow sellers to inform overall sales strategy.
- Maintain safety, security, and integrity; ensure aisles and stockrooms are safe; take action if associates act unsafely; follow loss prevention procedures to reduce shrink.
- Treat all associates and customers with respect.
Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible retail experience in a luxury/contemporary brand.
- Extensive experience delivering high-level customer service in a Brand Retailer.
- Communicate honestly, openly, and constructively.
- Contribute to an inclusive culture with diverse styles and talents working toward a clear purpose.
- Demonstrate flexibility and innovation in responding to changing business environments.
- Enjoy working with international clients; proficient English.
