The Role
For our store at Regent Street, we are recruiting for part‑time Sales Associates (32 hrs). Sales Associates provide excellent and friendly service by assessing the needs of the customer and assisting. Associates in this position know how to greet, qualify, recommend, and close every customer. Sales Associates work in cooperation with their Store Manager and other associates to ensure customers’ needs are met. Each associate has the responsibility of providing a safe working and shopping environment. This is ideally for a long‑term contract period.

- Consistently show a genuine desire to help customers.
- Establish and promote customer loyalty using company tools such as mailing list cards and customer books.
- Provide extra information and go the extra mile to satisfy the customer.
- When a product is not available, always offer alternatives.
- Deal with complaints in a professional manner by passing them on to their manager.
- Product knowledge
- Having outstanding knowledge of the product, reflecting on the quality of the service provided.
- Excellent knowledge of the trends and fabrics (composition, terminology, garment care, styles, etc.).
- Maximize the potential of the product to create sales.
- Drive sales
- Having a good knowledge of the business that will provide growth in sales.
- Give feedback to Store Manager about what is selling.
- Build a regular client base.
- Be aware of the best and slow sellers to improve general sales.
- Visual Merchandising
- Reporting to the Store Manager with guidance and direction given by HQ VM to support the visual merchandising activities within the dedicated store and appointed locations.
- Providing hands‑on support for store VM activities as required (dedicated window launches, events & product launches).
- Executing and ensuring shop‑floor and window VM as well as VM training following VM guidelines and direction given by HQ VM and Store Manager.
- Supporting the in‑store & window rotation of VM tools following the direction given by HQ VM.
- Giving regular VM reports to HQ team.
- Working closely with Area VM to coordinate visit/activity schedule (VM visit calendar, preparation, follow‑up and maintenance).
- Store opening VM support and store visits on a pre‑defined and approved basis.
Profile
Minimum of 2 years of progressive retail experience in a luxury/contemporary brand. Extensive experience and ability to lead the delivery of a high level of customer service in a brand retailer. Communicate honestly, openly, and constructively. Contribute to an inclusive culture of diverse styles and talents working toward a clear purpose. Demonstrate flexibility and innovation in recognizing and reacting to the changing business environment. Love working with international clients.
