Part‑Time (16h) Sales Associate for our store in Westfield White City. Responsible for achieving sales and profit targets, reporting results to the Store Manager, continuously improving service quality, and ensuring store ambiance aligns with corporate identity.
Key Accountabilities
- Customer satisfaction – Provide outstanding service, create positive experience, show genuine desire to help, promote loyalty using company tools, offer alternatives, handle complaints professionally.
- Product knowledge – Maintain outstanding knowledge of products, trends, fabrics; maximise potential to create sales.
- Drive sales – Keep strong business knowledge, give feedback to Store Manager on best and slow sellers, build regular client base, promote sales growth.
- Maintain safety, security, and integrity – Ensure all procedures followed, safe aisles, stockroom, prevent loss, reduce shrink, treat associates and customers with respect.
Profile
- Minimum 2 years of progressively Retail experience in a luxury/contemporary brand.
- Extensive experience delivering high level customer service in a brand retailer.
- Communicates honestly, openly, constructively.
- Contributes to an inclusive culture working toward clear purpose.
- Demonstrates flexibility and innovation in responding to changing business environment.
- Loves working with international clients.
- Proficient in English.
