What is the opportunity? A fantastic opening to join as an Associate working within the Investment Banking Business Management team, you will play a key role in supporting GIB with queries and report creation as well as production and maintenance of management Information. What will you do? Critical analysis, review and forward thinking are key to business management Attention to detail and timely delivery of weekly, monthly or quarterly reporting Support in the creation of the weekly pipeline report Support in the annual planning process Business continuity management & operational resilience Data and information management including presentations Ensure the department complies with regulatory requirements and company policies Proactively identify operational risks/control deficiencies in the business Must-have Candidates should have knowledge of financial services Worked in a deadline focused environment before Potential post graduate qualification e.g. ACA, CIMA, ACCA An understanding of the Investment Banking business and its products Highly self-motivated with a willingness to learn Requirement to work and effectively collaborate as part of a Global team Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact and maintain relationships with staff at all levels within Investment Banking (Analyst to Business Head) Strong work ethic, ability to meet deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail & accuracy Ability to review, assess and improve internal processes and drive operational efficiencies.
