Matchworks are looking for supportive and outgoing Employment Coaches to consult with people with disability, and support them to find meaningful work, build skills and thrive in their workplaces.

What you’ll do
- Get to know participants’ strengths and goals, then match them with the right job opportunities.
- Create personalised career plans and coach participants to build skills and confidence.
- Link participants with training, health, and community supports for long-term success.
- Build strong local networks to open more doors for jobseekers.
