Matchworks are looking for a supportive and outgoing Employment Coach to consult with people with disability, and support them to find meaningful work, build skills and thrive in their workplaces. At Matchworks, we support you for all of your employment and recruitment needs as a leading provider of job seeker and disability employment services.
What you’ll do:
- Get to know participants’ strengths and goals, then match them with the right job opportunities.
- Create personalised career plans and coach participants to build skills and confidence.
- Link participants with training, health, and community supports for long‑term success.
- Build strong local networks to open more doors for jobseekers.
What you’ll bring:
- Great communication to build trust and lasting relationships.
- Organised multitasking skills to keep on top of plans, records, and deadlines.
- Team‑player skills to work well with employers, colleagues, and community partners.
- Experience in a customer service, recruitment or employment consultancy setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
