genU is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level, confidential support to senior leaders. In this pivotal role, you will act as a trusted partner to the Executive ensuring seamless coordination of daily operations. Working across a broad stakeholder group, you will leverage your exceptional communication skills, strong customer focus and proactive, hands‑on approach to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide high-level executive support to senior leaders, acting as a key liaison between the Executive team, Board, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage complex schedules, communications and travel arrangements to ensure seamless daily operations and effective prioritisation.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, briefings, and Board materials, supporting decision‑making on complex and sensitive matters.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and communications, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient information flow across the organisation.
  • Act as a trusted intermediary, delivering exceptional stakeholder service and supporting collaboration across teams to achieve strategic priorities.

What you’ll bring:

  • Demonstrated experience providing high-level executive support within a medium to large, complex organisation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with the ability to produce polished reports, presentations and executive correspondence.
  • Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, sound judgement and professionalism.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse groups.
  • Ability to work proactively in a fast‑paced environment, anticipating needs and using initiative to solve problems.
