Overview
Are you a talented Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Service Engineer, looking for your next challenge with an employer that cares deeply for its employees, provides excellent training opportunities, and has a history of long serving employees? We have our own, bespoke City and Guilds accredited training centre. Last year, we delivered training to 117 engineers on service and maintenance, commissioning, brazing, refrigeration, water chillers, and more. We believe strongly in providing training for our employees and courses are constantly reviewed and developed, allowing us to stay up to date with current technology and ways of working.
What you’ll be doing
- Diagnose, fault-finding, and fix problems for client sites.
- Work across a range of industrial and commercial premises, including food processing, offices, pharmaceuticals, domestic, and more. This branch predominantly covers air conditioning, with some refrigeration on varying scales.
- Maintain access to the latest manufacturers training and technical support through partnerships with brands such as Danfoss, Mitsubishi, Daikin, Panasonic and Fujitsu.
- Use your own high-spec, fully racked van and tablet for receiving jobs and completing service sheets.
- Collaborate with a supportive team of highly skilled engineers to share knowledge and learn from experienced colleagues.

What you need to have
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience as a mobile air conditioning service engineer.
- Refrigerant handling C&G2079 or equivalent and a full UK driving licence.
- An NVQ2-level industry-specific training qualification would be an added advantage.
- Due to safeguarding requirements, we complete confidential criminal record checks on all roles that attend customer sites. If successful, you will be required to complete an advanced DBS check. We follow the DBS code of practice and Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. A criminal record will not necessarily preclude employment.
