We are now seeking a Senior Print Designer to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This role will be based out of our central London office.
What You’ll Be Doing
Following a period of structural change, brand repositioning and workforce transformation, as a Senior Print Designer you will play a key role in shaping the seasonal print direction, delivering standout designs that align with brand identity while driving commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of original print artworks from hand‑drawn, painted and digital sources
- Define seasonal print direction in collaboration with the Design Director
- Conduct in‑depth catwalk and trend analysis to inform print concepts
- Create innovative placements, repeats and engineered layouts
- Work closely with garment designers to ensure seamless print integration
- Own the print development process from concept to final production
- Drive bestsellers and key print stories across product categories
- Mentor and support junior team members, sharing technical expertise
- Collaborate with external artists, photographers and creatives on exclusive prints
- Contribute to seasonal research and macro trend direction
- Support campaign concepts and seasonal photoshoots
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Print Designer within a fashion brand
- Strong portfolio showcasing original, commercially successful print designs
- Exceptional eye for colour, composition and layout
- Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of fabric, garment construction and print techniques
- A confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions‑focused
