As our Ecommerce Trading Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of delivering best-in-class online experiences. From ensuring our digital ‘shop window’ shines, to optimising promotions and analysing performance, your work will directly impact how our customers shop, engage, and fall in love with Karen Millen.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver day-to-day trading activity across our global websites and apps, making sure promotions launch flawlessly and categories perform at their best.
- Monitor performance using web analytics, spotting opportunities and making recommendations that boost conversion and basket size.
- Curate and optimise product category and landing pages to inspire customers and drive sales.
- Test new ideas using personalisation software – bringing fresh, innovative ways to reach different audiences.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align journeys with campaigns and seasonal stories.
- Research competitors and market trends to inform strategy and unlock growth across regions.
