Chief Technology Officer

Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – London – Hybrid

We’re looking for a strategic CTO to lead the evolution of a SaaS platform. This is a high-impact role where you’ll integrate two code bases, modernise the technology stack, and build scalable solutions to support future growth. You’ll have the opportunity to shape technical strategy, optimise systems, and lead a talented engineering team in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

What You’ll Do

• Technology Strategy: Define and execute a roadmap for scalable, efficient systems.
• Code Base Integration: Unify two platforms across web, mobile, and desktop.
• Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
• System Optimisation: Reduce technical debt, enhance DevOps, and drive security best practices.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations to align technology with business goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate strategy, risks, and progress to the board, investors, and leadership team.

What you bring:

• Experience as a CTO or senior tech leader in SaaS or tech transformation.
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in PHP and .NET, with a track record of integrating legacy and modern systems.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
