Home Care Assistants required for Coalville, Ibstock, Thringstone, Markfield, Hugglescote, Whitwick, Ashby and surrounding areas.
Full time and part time roles available. We have a variety of hours to cover, so there is a shift to suit every worker. This job involves traveling from home to home, so you must have access to a vehicle. The hours are flexible as care is provided at various times of the day, seven days a week.

Pay package:
- £8.75 per hour during probation
- £9.00 per hour after probation (Weekdays)

Your role would include but not be limited to:
- Help with washing & dressing
- Personal care
- Shopping & meal preparation
- Prompting with medication
- Support with daily routines
- Respite services
- Socialising and leisure activities
- Helping clients access the community
Qualifications and skills:
- Experience is preferred, but NOT essential as we provide an excellent ongoing training programme.
- Driving licence and car
- Kind, caring and considerate
- Understanding and a good listener
- Ability to do personal care
- Well-organised and calm
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Good with people including clients, relatives and healthcare professionals
