The predicted salary is between 8.75 - 8.75 £ per hour.

Home Care Assistants required for Castle Donington, Hemington, Diseworth, Kegworth, Sawley, East Leake, West Leake and surrounding areas. Full time and part time roles available. We have a variety of hours to cover, so there is a shift to suit every worker. This job involves travelling from home to home, so you must have access to a vehicle. The hours are flexible as care is provided at various times of the day, seven days a week.

Pay Package:

  • £8.75 Per hour during probation
  • £9.00 Per Hour after probation (Weekdays)
  • £9.50 Per Hour after probation (Weekends)
  • £13.50 Per Hour bank holidays
  • £17.00 Per Hour Xmas
  • Plus bonuses including attendance, performance, recognition

Your role would include but not limited to:

  • Help with washing & dressing
  • Personal Care
  • Shopping & meal preparation
  • Prompting with medication
  • Support with daily routines
  • Respite services
  • Socialising and leisure activities
  • Helping clients access the community

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience is preferred, but NOT essential as we provide an excellent on-going training programme.
  • Driving licence and car
  • Kind, caring and considerate
  • Understanding and a good listener
  • Ability to do personal care
  • Well-organised and calm
  • Ability to follow written instructions
  • Good with people including clients, relatives and healthcare professionals
