The role focuses on executing integrated marketing activities in the UK, including lead generation through localized campaigns, digital channels, and events (online and offline). It involves managing content, social media, and email marketing to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions while continuously monitoring campaign performance and ROI. Close collaboration with sales, cross-functional teams, and external partners is essential to ensure aligned, effective, and results-driven marketing execution.

  • Lead Generation: Localization of marketing campaigns (via HubSpot) to generate leads, manage qualification process (via HubSpot and other CRM platforms Salesforce/Monday) in collaboration with Sales.
  • Online and Offline Events: Planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and regional events, ensuring alignment with Kardex’s brand and strategic objectives to generate leads and foster industry relationships. Planning and execution of webinars.
  • Email Marketing: Utilize email marketing tool to maintain leads communication with new content assets and increase conversions.
  • Social Media: Running reach, awareness and conversions B2B campaigns on LinkedIn, managing local social media content and localizing global posts to local needs.
  • Content: Adapt global content to local needs. Create local content with a focus on storytelling (e.g. videos, animations, white papers, social media posts, customer stories) aligned with SEO and PPC strategies.
  • ROI Monitoring: Monitoring and reporting of campaign KPIs. Collaborate with cross-functional team members and local sales, leveraging their expertise and fostering innovative thinking to overcome challenges and drive marketing success.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicating complex information within a diverse team, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on marketing objectives.
  • Project Management: Result oriented and self-organized person who can manage additional external partners and agencies (e.g. event planners, booth builders).
