Your tasks:
- In your home region between Enfield, Portsmouth, Brighton, Colchester, Guildford, Southampton, Oxford, Harlow or Northamptonshire you are the go-to service expert for our customers.
- You will carry out electrical and mechanical repairs, maintenance work, safety checks and all other service tasks on our installed systems.
- You have a keen instinct for identifying faults quickly and finding practical, effective solutions.
- Working at heights of up to 7 metres is sometimes required, and you handle this confidently and calmly.
- As a friendly, solution-oriented contact person, you are always there for our customers.
- You advise customers on recommended service work and support them with on-site training and instruction.
Your profile:
- Completed technical vocational training, for example as: Industrial electrician, Electrician, Mechatronics technician, Electrical installer, Electronics technician, Certified electrical specialist or similar β as long as you can read electrical schematics and safely work with up to 1000 volts.
- Ideally, you already have experience in field service and are comfortable working at heights. Up to 7 metres is no issue for you.
- Strong commitment and excellent customer orientation come naturally to you.
- You are used to working independently and solution-focused.
- A Category B driving licence is required.
