Shape the Future of Talent across Northern Europe! Kärcher is looking for a strategic and energetic Talent Development Specialist to join our team in Northern Europe. This role offers the flexibility to be based in Rødovre (Denmark), Oslo (Norway), Nurmijärvi (Finland), Banbury (United Kingdom), or Gothenburg (Sweden). Reporting directly to the Regional HR Manager, you will be the architect of our regional growth, ensuring our workforce has the agility and skills needed to conquer business objectives while fostering a culture of high engagement.

The Core of Your Mission

We are looking for a professional who can link learning initiatives to financial business outcomes with confidence and creativity. In this role, you are designing the frameworks that drive performance and leadership succession. Your work will directly impact our regional talent roadmap, aligning human capital development with our long-term commercial goals.

Strategic Partnership & L&D Execution

You will develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy that aligns with business priorities and regional growth for our strategy 2030. Partnering with Executive and Senior Leadership, you will diagnose capability gaps and design targeted interventions to close them. You will collaborate with the People and Culture team to turn insights from engagement surveys into actionable development initiatives.

Talent Management & Leadership Pipeline

You will take the lead in identifying High-Potential (HiPo) talent and building customized tracks to secure our future leadership pipeline. Managing the 9Box Potential/Performance matrices will be a key part of your collaboration with HR Business Partners. You will design and lead regional performance review cycles, ensuring they provide meaningful value to the business.

Innovation & Program Delivery

From designing high-quality leadership programs to implementing 'Train-the-Trainer' models, you will ensure our development initiatives are both scalable and sustainable. You will embrace the future by utilizing AI and digital tools ethically to create personalized, high-impact learning experiences. You will oversee our learning platforms, specifically SAP SuccessFactors, to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience for all employees.

What You Bring

A Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Development is required, a CIPD certification is preferred. You have 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years specializing in L&D, Talent Management, or Organizational Development. Experience in a multi-country or regional structure is highly preferred. You are proficient in HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors and the Google Workspace. You possess strong public speaking and facilitation skills, both in-person and virtual. You must be fluent in English; knowledge of a relevant Nordic language is a plus. You are comfortable challenging and influencing senior leaders regarding talent decisions and have a knack for analyzing talent data to identify retention risks.
