The salary range for this position is $21.00- $24.00 Hourly.
This is how you WOW:
- Entering service calls into company service system
- Assign and Dispatch service calls to field technicians and service partners within assigned area
- Review and Submit Field Quotes and Updating Customers with service agent’s ETA
- Process Technician’s Parts Requests needed for job completion from internal warehouse or external vendor
- Review information submitted from field technicians and/or service partners
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in an interactive customer service environment is a plus
- Customer service experience/background in a call center or similar environment
- Previous experience with industrial and/or commercial equipment is beneficial
- Ability to interact with and dispatch workload effectively to field/remote technicians
- Dispatching experience is a plus, as well as experience in a parts ordering environment.
