Act as a vital link, a mediator between Finance and the UK Professional sales departments, providing comprehensive financial oversight and strategic decision support. Steer business performance, contribute to change management, and drive UK-specific strategic initiatives across Direct Sales, Dealers, and Special Business.
Analyse monthly financial results and lead in-depth reviews of channel performance and sales productivity to optimise profitability. Lead the UK MRP, Budget, and Forecasting processes for Professional Sales, developing and administering monthly forecasts. Process Business Cases, identify financial risks, and conduct post-investment audits to ensure promised ROI is realised. Act as the key user for SAC reporting, driving the implementation of Kärcher AI tools to enhance efficiency and automation.
Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant education (Essential); CIMA or ACCA part/fully qualified, or MBA (Desirable).
Knowledge & Skills: Proficiency in reporting and analytic tools (Essential); experience with Google Workspace, SAP, SAC, Gemini Pro, and LM Notebook (Desirable).
Personal Qualities: Good communication, strong analytical skills, structured/process-driven mindset, and a results-oriented approach.
