Own and lead the total marketing strategy for Kärcher UK and Ireland’s Professional B2B business to deliver on sales and value stream objectives. Establish Kärcher as the 1st choice ‘complete solution’ partner by leveraging physical, digital, and service solutions across all customer touchpoints. Drive accelerated growth in share, revenue, and margin by aligning marketing activity with Product Management and Sales priorities. Lead and develop the Professional Marketing Communications and CRM teams to execute annual plans on time and within budget. Strategically manage B2B lead generation, journey mapping, and channel structures for both Direct and Indirect (Dealer) customers. Optimise performance by utilizing data-rational analysis, competitor intelligence, and full Post Campaign Analyses (PCAs) to guide commercial thinking.
Education: Graduate equivalent in a relevant degree (Essential).
Knowledge: Expertise in B2B Marketing Comms, Strategy, and CRM/Lead Generation (Essential).
Experience: Proven track record in managing marketing teams, liaising with B2B sales management, and P&L/performance management (Essential); agency management and sales experience (Desirable).
Skills: Ability to make data-rational decisions and demonstrate strong leadership competencies (Essential).
Personal Qualities: A motivational, collaborative, and dynamic leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Essential).
