This is how you WOW:
- Maintaining the existing customer base, developing new business and gaining detailed customer understanding, utilising Micro Potential Analysis and all target market tools.
- Promotion of all professional products to all selected key accounts and end users across a defined target market within the allocated sales territory.
- Account management of distributors in the territory, proactively working with them to grow their sales with Kärcher.
- Achievement of territory sales target by means of cold calls, appointments, site surveys and demonstrations to end users specific to target group.
- Achievement of specific number of calls into individual target groups on a monthly basis.
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
- 3 GCSEs at Grade 4 (C) or equivalent, including Maths and English.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
- Proven sales experience and achievement of targets.
- Ability to build relationships on all levels.
- Excellent communication at all levels.
