Role Description

The Sales & Customer Service Assistant is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Lowestoft. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product inquiries, maintaining strong customer relationships and resolving issues efficiently. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting in‑store sales processes and contributing to a positive customer experience. The position also includes administrative tasks and collaboration with team members to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in customer support, customer service and customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in delivering exceptional customer experience and maintaining customer relationships
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
  • Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Prior experience in retail or a customer‑facing role is advantageous
  • Basic understanding of Kärcher products or willingness to learn
