Karbon is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to guide large accounting-firm customers through onboarding, data migration, implementation and training. You’ll act as project manager, consultant, and change coach, driving rapid time-to-value and long-term success on the Karbon platform.
You’ll own the implementation journey for enterprise accounts, coordinating with executives, admins, and end users, while leveraging Excel for data import and ensuring data integrity throughout migrations
