About The Role

As Housing Area Manager, you'll lead and inspire our housing teams to deliver high-quality services across tenancy, void, allocation, and estate management. You'll drive innovation, embed cultural and structural change, and ensure our services meet the highest standards of customer experience. This role is about leadership, collaboration, and making sure our housing strategies deliver real impact. Training and support would be provided following successful completion of probation and Karbon Homes may fund the qualification or top-up training. Where funding is provided, repayment may be required if you choose to leave Karbon during the qualification or within two years of completion.
