Come and make a difference at Karbon as an Electrician. We are looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join us in our Compliance Team, helping us keep our homes safe and our customers protected.

About The Role

As part of our Electrical Compliance Team, you will carry out cyclical electrical testing and smoke alarm upgrades across our domestic properties. This work is a key part of our commitment to safety for our customers, colleagues, and communities. While your main focus will be compliance, you will also support other areas of Property Services when needed, contributing to a flexible and responsive service.

About You

You are a qualified electrician who takes pride in doing the job right. You are confident working across a range of electrical tasks, ideally with experience in:

  • Domestic and non-domestic installations
  • Maintenance and repairs
  • Mains distribution and 3-phase systems
  • Electrical inspection and testing

You work well as part of a team, communicate clearly, and always put safety first.

Key Details

  • Electrician - Permanent role
  • Salary - £37,986 per annum
  • Location - Throughout the North East
  • Company van provided
  • 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
  • The successful applicant will be required to cover out of hours standby, which attracts a standby payment
  • There will be an opportunity to earn additional money through overtime
