About The Role
This role will lead and support the Community Investment Team to deliver high-quality, outcome-focused services, helping to drive continuous improvement and create a positive, lasting impact for our customers and communities.
About You
You're an approachable and supportive leader who brings out the best in others. With strong people management skills and a natural coaching style, you enjoy developing your team, building confidence, and creating an environment where colleagues can thrive. - Permanent role
- Salary - £43,315 per annum plus a Karbon car payment of £2,405 per annum
- Location: Stanley or Gosforth
- Regular travel will be required
- 37 hours per week with agile working
