About The Role
This role will lead and support the Community Investment Team to deliver high-quality, outcome-focused services, helping to drive continuous improvement and create a positive, lasting impact for our customers and communities.
About You
You're an approachable and supportive leader who brings out the best in others. With strong people management skills and a natural coaching style, you enjoy developing your team, building confidence, and creating an environment where colleagues can thrive. You're flexible and positive in your approach, able to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a clear focus on delivering great outcomes. - Permanent role
- Salary - £43,315 per annum plus a Karbon car payment of £2,405 per annum
- Location: Stanley or Gosforth
- Regular travel will be required
- 37 hours per week with agile working
