Supporting customers to enable them to live independently in their own homes and give them the opportunities and tools to thrive.

About The Role

As a Scheme Coordinator, you will be part of our front-facing team providing residents with advice and support, enabling them to live well independently. We aim to create desirable places where people can live well, feel safe and supported without isolation. You will be responsible for daily contact with residents within your scheme and welcome new tenants ensuring they settle into their new home. Due to the nature of the role, you will be able to respond to emergencies in a calm effective manner.

About You

You will be a positive and enthusiastic person who has previous experience of working in older persons services and dealing with individual support in an empathetic and compassionate way. You will make a positive contribution to improve relationships and services through strong partnership working with social workers, care managers and voluntary agencies. You will be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload. This role will require IT skills such as composing and responding to emails, using Microsoft software such as MS Teams, record keeping and health and safety checks on our in-house systems. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.

Working With Us

You will be part of our Supported Housing Team led by the Supported Housing Team Manager Elayne Bristow. If you would like to know more about the role, please feel free to reach out to Elayne Bristow by email or mobile.
