Make sure you brush up on your knowledge of the ICT systems used within the company. Familiarise yourself with common issues and solutions, as well as the processes for managing user profiles and equipment configuration. This will show that you're not just a candidate, but someone who can hit the ground running.

Highlight any experiences where you contributed to a positive team environment or helped resolve conflicts. This will show that you’re not just focused on individual success but also on supporting your colleagues.
✨Prepare Questions for Them
Interviews are a two-way street! Prepare thoughtful questions about the team dynamics, the types of incidents you might handle, or how they measure success in the role. This shows your genuine interest in the position and helps you assess if it's the right fit for you.
