Come and make a difference at Karbon as a Housing Officer. We are looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join us in our General Housing Team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference to our customers and the communities they live in.

About The Role

As a Housing Officer at Karbon Homes, you will provide an excellent housing and estate management service to our customers and communities. This opportunity will empower you to make a difference to people's lives by allocating their home and ensuring the estates are well managed and a safe and secure place for them to thrive. This role is based in the South Durham area with occasional travel needed across Teesside.

About You

You will demonstrate enthusiasm and have the ability, attitude, and interpersonal skills to build strong and effective relationships with customers and colleagues. You will support the work of Karbon in our communities. Good organisation, time management, and ICT skills are essential. Most importantly, you will be great with people.

Key Details

  • Permanent role
  • Salary: £35,995 per annum plus a Karbon car payment of £2,317 per annum
  • Location: Gosforth, Stanley, Teesside (to be agreed)
  • Regular travel will be required
  • 37 Hours per week with agile working
