We're looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join us as a Digital Product Executive in our Digital Customer Experience team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that's making a real difference in people's lives.
About The Role
We're looking for a confident and organised Digital Product Executive to strengthen our team and provide support to our Digital Customer Product Lead. You'll help us to shape existing and emerging digital customer experience products and services.
You'll work in a team with specific focus on our customer self‑service portal.
The role involves suggesting and designing improvements for our customer self‑serve portal, reviewing and refreshing content, and taking ownership of the small improvements which can make a big difference to our customers' digital experiences.
This is a key supporting role for someone who can identify opportunities to improve our digital customer experiences, balance team working with task ownership, and turn customer feedback and insights into action.
About You
You'll be a confident and proactive self‑starter with a keen eye for identifying opportunities to improve digital customer experiences. You're organised, able to take ownership of your work, and comfortable balancing collaboration with independent delivery.
You have experience in creating and managing digital content, ideally within websites or customer‑facing platforms, and are skilled in producing clear, engaging communications that align with tone of voice.
You understand customer needs and can turn feedback and insight into practical improvements, helping to shape better services and journeys.
You are a strong communicator and team player, able to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders while also managing your own workload effectively.

Key Details
- Digital Product Executive - fixed term role until 31 March 2027
- Salary: 30,265 per annum
- Location: Gosforth, Newburn or Stanley, TBC with successful candidates, with some homeworking available
- Travel to our other offices is required; access to a car would be beneficial
- 37 hours per week with agile working
