Karbon is seeking a Service Design Lead on a fixed-term basis until 31 August 2028 to reshape end-to-end services. You’ll work across the organisation to ensure customer needs drive change, improving efficiency and value for money.
As part of the Business Improvement and Change Team, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders, use service design methods and journey mapping, and guide the redesign from concept to delivery, with a focus on customer-first outcomes.
