The successful candidate will positively support the Byker Team in the delivery of estate-based services including administrative support in Tenancy and Estate Management, Allocations and Lettings and low level Anti-Social Behaviour. A proven track record and knowledge of current housing legislation is desirable, but not essential as you will receive on-the-job training for the role. In the role you will deliver high quality, cost effective and customer focused services, supporting the Byker Team in the delivery of tenancy and estate management services for general housing across the Byker community.

We’re looking for a highly motivated and flexible person who is well organised, who can support a multi-functioning team delivering estate based services to our customers.

The successful candidate will work in our Byker team led by the Head of Housing and Community, Lynsey Hall.
